Urban Ministries a ministry whose focus centers on the economical, social, educational, and spiritual needs of the community. Urban Ministries is currently made up of the following: Crisis Distribution Center (Food Pantry), Youth Enrichment and Partnerships with other non-profits. The Crisis Distribution Center is and emergency assistance program that provides food, assistance to those who are in a crisis. At the present time, we rely on volunteers to help.
The Youth Outreach is held on Monday nights. It is a vehicle to young people ages 8-14 years old. The Word of God is shared with them, and they have a chance to talk about their frustrations, fears and problems. A snack is usually provided.
Urban Ministries partners with Prosperity Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization that exists to help the community in need.
